1. Scope of Service
OMEGAPROFY is a cloud-based (SaaS) autonomous marketing and data analytics ecosystem for e-commerce businesses. By using the platform, you accept these terms in full. Our services are directed exclusively at legal entities and professional entrepreneurs.
2. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)
OMEGAPROFY provides its services 'as is'. While we strive for 100% excellence and offer a 99.9% uptime SLA, we are not liable for performance issues or data loss caused by third-party platform API changes (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) or policies beyond our direct control.
3. Intellectual Property
All software code, algorithms, designs, logos, and content on the platform are the exclusive property of OMEGAPROFY GmbH. Users are granted a non-transferable, limited license for the duration of their subscription.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Fees are collected upfront. Cancellations must be made via the dashboard before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued. OMEGAPROFY reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
