By accessing and using OMEGAPROFY, you accept these terms completely. OMEGAPROFY is a SaaS product for intelligent marketing automation.
2. Liability & SLAs
OMEGAPROFY is provided 'as is'. We guarantee 99.9% uptime, but hold no liability for data loss beyond our direct control due to third-party API changes (Google, Meta, etc).
3. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance. No refunds are provided for partial months. You may cancel at any time.
